Requirements

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather & analyse their security requirements, business processes, and objectives, ensuring alignment with up-to-date cyber security standards (e.g., NIST, ISO). 
  • Design and implement identity security solutions, including strategies for user authentication, access control, and identity lifecycle management. 
  • Assess existing identity security infrastructures and identify areas for improvement, recommending effective solutions to enhance security and efficiency. 
  • Develop security policies, procedures, and governance models, ensuring robust identity management practices are in place. 
  • Conduct system configuration, customization, and integration activities to secure access to applications, data, and systems. 
  • Provide expert guidance and support during the deployment of identity security solutions, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and secure authentication mechanisms. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with clients' business goals. 
  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in identity security. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in identity security, attending industry conferences and participating in relevant professional communities. 
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing plans, and user guides. 
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients' staff on identity security processes, tools, and best practices. 

How you succeed:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in identity security consulting, and product implementation. 
  • Strong knowledge of identity security concepts, including user authentication, access control, and identity lifecycle management. 
  • Experience with one or more of the following IAM products: Saviynt, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping, EntraID 
  • CyberArk, Delinea, Beyond Trust 
  • Good understanding of project management methods such as Agile 
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java 
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, and NIST. 
  • Good understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS or Microsoft Azure. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex security requirements and propose effective solutions. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. 
  • Relevant certifications in security technologies or identity management are a plus. 
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
