IT Technical Project Manager

In this role, you'll possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key project tasks and high-impact assignments. You will manage consulting engagement and technology-based IT solution projects for clients and establish goals and plans that meet your project objectives. You will function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of the project. You will operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.

You Have:
3+ years of experience as a lead and guide to technical and functional domain staff
3+ years of experience with planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects
Experience creating detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for development tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals
Experience with the SDLC
Experience with applying Agile Methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
Ability to communicate the technical implications of project decisions to developers and stakeholders
Ability to identify technical gaps in user stories, tasks and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are addressed during project execution
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience managing JIRA board for executives
Experience with Cloud tools, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of AI and ML domain
Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
PMP certification
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
