The Project Manager - Operations and Organizational Change will manage, prioritize, and help lead complex, highly visible multi-year business transformation projects with multiple stakeholders and SME’s.

 

Your Impact:
  • Manage all Hanger Clinic projects and continuous improvement activities requiring extensive collaboration with leaders throughout the organization
  • Provide leadership and direction to the prioritization of Hanger Clinic activities in line with overarching Hanger priorities
  • Identify, procure, and maintain a project management tracking software in collaboration with IT team
  • Provide analytical support to keyprojects and initiatives as required including trend analysis
  • Lead change management processes involving key projects as necessary
  • Provide guidance on transformational changes within the organization
  • Provide direction and leadership to all stakeholders in the performance of project assignments and activities
  • Guide the definition and documentation of projects and continuous improvement activities including scope and detailed requirements, based on an understanding of the business goals and objectives, as well as user needs.
  • Develop and manage project budgets that include necessary capital expenditures, operational expenses and labor requirements and track actual spend against that budget.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Experience or exposure to one or more industry standard PPM tools (e.g. PlanView, MS Project Server, etc.).
