**This is a Remote Position** 

 

 

The Academic Reporting Coordinator is responsible for providing regulatory reporting support to campus-based nursing and non-nursing programs. This includes gathering and synthesizing data and information relevant to program operations, preparing written responses for academics-related reporting, and collaborating with the Compliance team in the coordination of submissions to state and other regulatory agencies. This position will participate in tracking Concorde academic programs’ performance to outcomes, regulatory, state, and accreditation requirements in support of academic excellence.

Responsibilities:

·         Review and maintain a library of accreditation standards in reference to nursing and other academic programs

·         Provide programmatic support to ensure that all nursing annual reports and regulatory submissions are completed and submitted in a timely manner and all non-nursing contributions are submitted to the Compliance team as requested

·         Participate in creation and submission of accreditation applications and responses

·         Assist with the completion and submission of new program applications

·         Create and maintain a master projects calendar to include timelines for all accreditation activities and projects ensuring deadlines are being met

·         Coordinate the production and distribution of program handbooks and guides

·         Research, track and monitor student progress throughout the programs including relevant exit exams and overall programmatic licensure pass rates

·         Monitor and audit program advisory meeting minutes, ensure proper format, records and archives

·         Gather and analyze data in relation to program development, improvement, and effectiveness

·         Assist campuses in preparing for accreditation and regulatory site visits

Other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

·         Associate Degree (required) in education, technical writing, English, or related field

·         Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in education, technical writing, English, or related field

·         Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with programmatic accreditation for healthcare academic programs (required)

·         Minimum of three (3) years' technical writing experience (required)

·         Minimum of three (3) years' project management experience (required)

·         Intermediate experience using Office productivity software (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) to include document formatting, organization, collaboration and review, data management, formulas, functions and pivot tables/charts, and presentation development, inclusive of multimedia, links and embedded collateral (required)

 

 

 

        **Compensation for this role is between $53k-77k/year**
