Treliant is looking for experienced Real Estate Appraisal Reviewers for remote, project based engagements with key clients.
Responsibilities:
While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:
- Review and analyze real estate appraisal reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Verify the validity of data used in appraisals, including property details, market trends, and comparable sales.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to appraisers to improve the quality of their reports.
- Collaborate with appraisers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues found in appraisal reports.
- Maintain detailed records of all reviewed appraisals and related communications.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate appraisal regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate appraisal or appraisal review.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in appraisal software and tools.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Benefits:
Primary Location: Remote
Primary Location Salary Range: $20/hr - $40/hr
