Your missions

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as an unpaid remote intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in Human Resources and contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities
  • HR Data Entry: Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating with new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations activities, such as handling inquiries and resolving employee concerns.
  • Project Assistance: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, as needed.


Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for learning and developing your HR skills.
