About the role:

Germany’s leading doctor on-demand platform is looking for a Senior Growth Retention Manager to drive the ambitious growth and retention of its patient base. Join us in establishing the most-loved digital health platform in the German healthcare system by implementing CRM strategies, leveraging analytics, and driving product improvements to retain and engage patients.

What you’ll do
  • End-to-end responsibility: You own key retention KPIs, such as returning monthly active users and patient activation & engagement metrics in our cross-functional Patient Growth Team. Therefore you focus on optimizing patient lifetime value (LTV) across different patient types, from urgent care to chronic patients.

  • CRM Execution & Strategy: You will execute CRM initiatives using Braze, creating emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and content cards. To increase patient frequency and LTV, you will develop and oversee our CRM strategy. By improving CRM and testing setups, you empower the team to execute and optimize CRM initiatives.

  • Data & Product Analytics: You will conduct cohort analysis to understand patient behavior and retention patterns. You will utilize correlations and other statistical methods to derive insights, as well as analyze test results to validate hypotheses.

  • Growth Strategy: You analyze and create habit loops, key to retention at TeleClinic. Therefore you creatively test hypotheses and implement MVPs with limited resources, e.g. using no-code/low-code solutions. As the expert on the entire activation journey, you will collaborate closely with our Growth Acquisition Manager in acquiring & activating high-value patients.

  • Product Insights & Features: Inform product roadmaps & features based on data-driven insights, patient feedback and successful MVPs. Collaborate with product managers for Web and Native Apps to prioritize and develop product improvements that enhance patient retention.

What you’ll need
  • CRM Excellence: Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive patient activation, engagement, and retention.

  • Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis, statistical methods, experimentation and deriving actionable insights from data. 

  • Hypothesis-Driven Work: Skilled in hypothesis-driven work, including formulating, testing, and iterating on hypotheses.

  • Hands-on Approach: Problem-solver with a focus on practical and efficient project execution. Experience with no-code/low-code platforms is a plus.

  • Growth Expertise: Expertise in analyzing and enhancing activation, engagement, and retention to boost LTV. Focused on thinking beyond traditional funnels and leveraging growth loops.
