As Sales Administrator your challenge is to support Sensorfact's Sales Organization to ensure their deals are logged properly, the bonuses are calculated accurately, and the CRM system is up-to-date. You are the lifeline for the entire sales organization to ensure they can work effectively and have their full focus on interacting with customers. You play an essential role in answering any questions the sales organization might have, supporting the bonus and incentive administration, and ensuring high quality data in our CRM system. You will work closely together with a team of Sales Operations Specialists responsible for enabling and supporting the Sales Organization while being the linchpin towards the rest of the organization.  

 

As Sales Administrator you will

  

  • Reviewing and adjusting closed deals logged in our CRM system, Hubspot, to safeguard accuracy and completeness
  • Safeguarding the data quality in Hubspot at company and contact level (e.g., filtering out duplicate companies, linking companies to the same enterprise, …)
  • Monitoring the incoming requests and distributing them among the team and rest of the organization accordingly
  • Processing ad-hoc administrative requests in Hubspot (e.g., split deals across propositions, …)
  • Support the Finance department in calculating the incentives and bonuses of our sales employees
Your profile
  • (Near) native level of English;
  • Detail-oriented and enjoying being of service to other people;
  • Strong in personal time-management and basic analytic skills;
  • You value ambition, drive, intelligence and honesty;   
  • You are eager to learn, coachable and a team player;   
  • Knowledge and experience of Excel and our CRM system Hubspot are a big plus.

Therefore, we have developed a plug & play Energy Management System that consists of wireless sensors and a clear online platform. Our algorithms analyse the data and detect potential energy savings. This way we help our customers to reduce their energy bill by 5-10%.
