Your mission
As a Product Designer at Pando, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the design of our cutting-edge healthcare solutions. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric designs that enhance medical professional engagement and streamline healthcare workflows. Your designs will directly impact how healthcare professionals communicate, collaborate, and deliver patient care, ultimately helping to save lives.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities
Design Strategy and Execution
  • Product Design: Execute on design strategies aligned with Pando's mission and goals.

  • End-to-End Design: Oversee the entire design process from conceptualisation to final implementation, including post-launch analysis and improvements.

User-Centered Design
  • Research and Insights: Play a part in user research to understand the needs and pain points of medical professionals.

  • Interactive Prototyping: Build high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.

  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries.

Collaboration
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, clinicians, strategists and other stakeholders.

  • Feedback Integration: Proactively incorporate feedback from users and team members to refine and improve designs.

Regulatory Compliance
  • Healthcare Standards: Ensure all designs comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry best practices.

  • Accessibility Standards: Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards to provide inclusive user experiences for all users.

  • Data Security: Prioritise user data privacy and implement design solutions that protect sensitive information.

Innovation and Improvement
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in and outside of healthcare.

  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and enhance the user experience based on analytics and user feedback.

Your Profile
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated enterprise product design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma is essential.

    • Additional Software: Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite & Presentation Software.

    • Collaboration Tools: Experience using tools like Notion, Miro, Slack, & Jira.

  • Demonstrable Experience: Proven track record of owning design execution in Figma across iOS, Android, and desktop platforms.

  • Healthcare or Regulated Industry Experience: Experience designing for regulated industries is highly desirable but not essential.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
