We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of F&O D365 across multiple international locations. You will manage all project phases and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in planning, budgeting, and managing complex projects while working with diverse teams around the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of F&O D365 in multiple international locations.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate data migration activities ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the transition.
  • Facilitate system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders and end-users, promoting effective system adoption.

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with F&O D365 implementations.
  • Solid knowledge of data migration, testing methodologies, and training approaches.
  • Proven experience managing international implementations with diverse teams across multiple countries.
  • Competence in PMO functions, including SharePoint management and resource planning.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
