THE CHALLENGE…
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Solution Sales Director to join our team. We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solution Sales Director who excels at consultative selling and thrives on understanding complex business challenges. In this role, you will engage deeply with target prospects, developing a keen understanding of their specific needs and pain points. Your ability to dissect these challenges will enable you to conceptually demonstrate a solution to their needs that leverages our technology to drive real business outcomes. You’ll leverage proven success stories to build credibility.  Collaborating closely with partners and internal teams, you’ll be responsible for building a strong, scalable pipeline.  This role is ideal for someone who can blend strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical knowledge to close high-value deals and foster long-term customer relationships. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ...
  • 4+ years of experience closing enterprise-level deals and working with partners to generate pipeline and co-sell, preferably within SaaS/PaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to execute GTM strategies that drive measurable results and scalable revenue growth.
  • Expertise in navigating complex procurement processes and contract negotiations at the enterprise level.
  • Proven experience in enterprise solution sales, with a focus on repeatability and scalability.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth by leveraging existing success stories in a repeatable sales model.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, particularly in the context of complex, solution-based sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
  • Alignment with Digimarc’s core values: collaborative, curious, and courageous.
  • 25-50% travel, as needed to engage with clients, partners, and industry events.
