Your missions

This is a remote position.

Working Hours : Mondays-Fridays 9am-5pm: Mississauga, ON Time

Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare marketing tools (sell  sheets, advertisement copy using graphic software such as Photoshop and Canva) for different company divisions as pdf documents for email marketing.
2. Creating and sending monthly newsletters to our customer base using MailChimp for different company divisions.
3. Managing content calendars for different company divisions and work with designated staff for revisions prior to posting.
4. Prepare videos for social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram Reels, Tik Tok using video editing software.
5. Create and manage company YouTube Channels.
6. Post content such as designed ads; videos using AI-platforms; and respond to comments.
7. Prepare, have-approved and post Linked In content.
8. Support marketing initiatives with daily marketing tasks.
9. Create social media content and manage social media pages.
10.Assist with the coordination of marketing events and promotions.

Qualifications
Candidate must be conscientious with lots of attention to detail. Courteous.
Computer literate being able to grasp new software functionality. Consistent. Available. Must be confidential and divulge confidential information to clients.
Must be honest when reporting daily activities.

Prior Experience
Candidate should have some office  experience. MS Office (Word, Powerpoint); Indesign; Canva; Familiar with posting on Facebook; X; TikTok; Instagram and Linked In. Knowledge of Word press would be an asset.
