Position Overview:

The Chief of Staff will report directly to the CEO and COO, supporting the executive team in managing various administrative projects. This role is crucial for keeping the executive team organized and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, correspondence, and task management for the CEO and COO.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring timely completion and coordination across departments.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing email correspondence and video.
  • Task Coordination: Oversee the completion of various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing special requests, while keeping the team aligned on company growth projects.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with executives to improve administrative processes and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff in a service-based firm.
  • Must be able to handle a high volume of tasks and work independently.
  • Experience with client-facing communication is crucial.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in project management, marketing, or other back-office roles.
  • Ability to handle cross-functional tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with email, Excel, Microsoft Teams, or other common communication tools; no specialized software required.
  • High English proficiency due to client communication requirements.
