Opkey specializes in automation testing, particularly in the ERP realm, such as Oracle. Our services extend beyond testing, utilizing advanced technologies like AI, ML, and process mining. With a substantial client base, we are recognized for our expertise in these areas.

Why are we looking to hire?
Opkey is experiencing rapid expansion, particularly as we venture into the Workday ecosystem. As Workday's ISV partner, we hold a unique position as the second organization globally to achieve this status. We are currently developing an automated testing accelerator tailored for complex operations like process mining and business process discovery and baseline establishment. To support these endeavors, we are seeking a HCM Functional Consultant with a focus on Workday.

Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and requirements related to Workday implementation or optimization. Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions to capture detailed functional specifications.
Workday Module Expertise: Utilize deep expertise in Workday modules, particularly focusing on HCM, to provide consulting services and solutions tailored to client needs. Offer guidance on best practices and industry standards for Workday configuration and usage.
Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure Workday solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices. Customize Workday functionality to align with client business processes, ensuring optimal system performance and usability.
Functional Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with technical teams to perform functional testing of Workday configurations and integrations. Ensure that configured solutions meet client requirements and are free from defects, conducting thorough testing and validation activities.
Client Training & Support: Provide training and support to clients on Workday functionality, guiding users on system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting. Offer ongoing support and assistance to address user inquiries and issues effectively.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive documentation of Workday configurations, business processes, and best practices. Share knowledge and expertise with team members and clients to promote continuous learning and improvement.
Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, solution presentations, and proposal development. Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs effectively.
Continuous Learning & Professional Development: Stay updated on Workday product updates, new features, and industry trends through self-learning, training sessions, and participation in Workday community events. Apply new knowledge and skills to enhance client solutions and service delivery.
Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday implementation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders, to achieve project objectives on time.

Skill Set Requirements:
·        A minimum of four years of experience in Workday – HCM Module is highly preferred.
·        Solid Exp in Benefits Payroll, Time, Absense Modules
·        We are seeking a hands-on Workday consultant with extensive client-facing experience, particularly in HCM.
·        Exposure to a wide range of modules within Workday is essential, with a focus on expertise in certain areas, notably HRM.
·        The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of the functional aspects of Workday and be adept at engaging with clients.
·        Additionally, the role may involve participation in pre-sales activities.
