How you’ll be impactful: 

The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving our company's growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our acquisition efforts. This person will work closely with our campaign managers and marketing analysts to enhance our lead nurturing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization across all online channels.

What you’ll be doing:

● Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for our online services.
● Optimize lead nurturing and conversion funnels to improve performance.
● Collaborate with campaign managers to enhance and support multi-channel campaigns (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Retention etc.).
● Implement and manage A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
● Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in online service offerings.
● Identify and test new growth channels and tactics.
● Coordinate with the marketing analyst to leverage data for actionable insights and strategies.
● Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives and campaigns.
● Stay updated with industry trends and emerging growth strategies specific to online services.
● Manage and optimize the performance of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.

What you’ll need to be successful:
● 5+ years of experience in user acquisition and growth marketing for online services.
● Proven track record of successful growth campaigns in the online service industry.
● Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliates, CRO.
● Familiarity with analytic tools like Google Analytics, Think with Google, Google Trends, Semrush, and marketing automation software.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
● Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Familiarity with web development and basic coding is a plus.

Advantages:
