We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!


The Challenge

As we scale, we need a Marketing VA to help manage key tasks across our OPS and Bulk stores. From market research and product page creation to coordinating creatives and handling admin duties, your role will be crucial in supporting our marketing managers. Your ability to support the marketing managers, coordinate with team members, and keep everything organized will be crucial as we expand and optimize our processes.

Day in the Life of a Marketing Virtual Assistant at GT Ecom

  • You’ll conduct market research to help identify growth opportunities and create product pages for the OPS store
  • You’ll coordinate with creatives to ensure assets are ready for campaigns and marketing efforts.
  • You’ll manage the setup and monitoring of marketing assets, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • You’ll handle admin tasks and finalize documentation for Bulk store projects, keeping everything organized and up to date.
  • You’ll update daily sales reports and assist with scheduling ads as needed.
  • You’ll follow up on projects and coordinate with team members to ensure progress and meet deadlines.
  • You’ll update SOPs based on instructions from Marketing Managers, ensuring processes are well-documented and efficient.

Your Team When You Join Us

You’ll be directly reporting to our Marketing Managers, who lead our Bulk and One Product Stores. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team of nearly 20 marketing professionals spread across the globe, collaborating remotely from various locations. Our team is dedicated to driving success across our OPS and Bulk stores, and your role will be crucial in supporting their efforts and contributing to our collective goals.

We would love to hear from you if…

    • You have at least 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically in dropshipping business model
    • You have worked in a similar role before
    • You have experience in market research and creating product pages for e-commerce or online product stores
    • You are proficient in coordinating with creatives and managing marketing assets to ensure campaigns run smoothly
    • You have strong organizational skills to handle admin tasks, finalize documentation, and manage project coordination
    • You are familiar with ad scheduling, daily sales reporting, and handling one-off tasks or loose projects.
    • You have excellent communication and multitasking abilities to follow up on multiple projects and collaboration

    1. Meet with the Hiring Manager or our CEO.
    2. If the Hiring Manager is not our CEO, you may have another call with our CEO.
  5. Offer Discussion - If all goes well, we'll discuss the offer and invite you to our pre-onboarding process.
  6. Pre-Onboarding Process
    1. Background Check: Verification of your identification and declared address.
    2. Reference Check: We’ll contact your three references for their feedback.
  7. Onboarding: Once all checks are completed, we’ll initiate the onboarding process.
