Job description

We are seeking a proficient Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in designing and implementing CRM solutions using Salesforce. Work remotely from anywhere in Latam!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems using web services and APIs.
Implement and maintain workflows, dashboards, and custom reporting.
Provide technical guidance and share best practices with the team.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and IT security standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
Perform both administration/configuration and custom implementations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
Experience with integration and data orchestration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of additional CRM tools like Zendesk.
Experience with enterprise architecture and IT security.
Familiarity with development methodologies and tools.
