Job Title: Event Manager Intern
 
Time Span:  4-6 months, 20 hours per week.
 
Job Description: Recruit for, promote, and coordinate weekly PitchForce events
 
Paid Internship: $16 per hour
 
Location: Virtual
 
Requirements:
  • Strong writing & communication skills
  • Time management skills, multitasking is a must
  • Personable, Charismatic, Adaptive
  • Social media savvy
  • Entrepreneurial & Business background is a plus
 
Who You Will Work With: As PeopleConnect’s Event Manager Intern you will be working with one of the most well connected people in the Silicon Valley, Max Shapiro. Max is an Angel Investor, CEO of PeopleConnect, and Producer of weekly PitchForce pitch events. Here’s his LinkedIn profile:
 
You will work closely with Robin Stonesifer PeopleConnect Chief of Staff who is a graduate of the Cal Poly Pomona Collins College and has an extensive career in event management with companies like Maritz, America Express, Cadence Travel, Los Angeles and Ontario Convention Center.
