Since the early 2000s, Avinode Group has been making life easier in the world of private aviation. To continue this journey we are transitioning to Salesforce from Microsoft Dynamics and as our new Salesforce CRM Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our CRM transformation.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will lead the evolution of our CRM system, working toward company-wide revenue goals. You’ll manage and develop our Salesforce instance, ensuring seamless integration with other tools, and support our commercial teams to maximize the platform's potential. You’ll define and document business requirements, ensuring our processes are well-supported and optimized.
Some of the key responsibilities will be:
- Manage upgrades, resolve bugs, and implement new functionalities
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success management (CSM), and customer experience (CX) teams.
- Maintaining data quality and ensuring a sustainable system.
- Create and manage Salesforce flows, reports, and dashboards.
Who You Are
You are an excellent communicator who enjoys being a central point of coordination and driving cross-functional efforts. You thrive on brainstorming and collaborating with your team while also being a proactive problem solver.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in Salesforce (Salesforce certification preferred)
- 4+ years in agile or Lean project management, particularly with CRM applications
- Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to break down complex processes
- Knowledge in building Salesforce flows and understanding SaaS metrics.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
