Duties and Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our products and services
  • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
  • Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Employer in due course
  • Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the employer through its authorized representatives
  • Shall not disclose any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the employer to any unauthorized person
  • Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties assigned by any representative of the Employer from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment
  • Any other responsibilities that your immediate manager may assign

  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in account management
  • Experience as a client relationship manager would be an advantage
  • Strong people person and an expert in two-way communication (oral and written)
  • Ability to build relationships, influence others, and obtain results through working with others
  • Organized, high energy, and results driven, capable of being a leader within the company
  • Superior problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues, root causes and solutions
  • Able to work with a diverse team
