A Perr&Knight Manager- Statistical Reporting Services leads client engagements and the teams of consultants who perform project work.  The Manager is responsible for the quality and timeliness of client deliverables.

In addition, the Manager is responsible for ensuring their assigned clients receive timely and accurate information regarding the status of their projects and reporting activities, and interacting with the development team to coordinate responses requiring technical input or effort.  This is a professional position and considered an exempt position with bonus potential.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Acting as a designated subject matter expert for all lines of business and reporting types, especially for Workers' Compensation insurance
  • Working with clients and potential clients to set up a statistical reporting project from scratch - including technical details
  • Conducting training sessions for client staff and other Perr&Knight staff for specific reporting requirements
  • Professionalizing your project management skill set

  • What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  •  Minimum 5 years of experience with Workers Compensation insurance products and coverages is required
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience directly supervising staff
  •  Proficiency with MS Office products, specifically Excel, Access and Outlook
  •  Desire to take ownership of a project
  •  Ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet established deadlines
  •  Excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills
  •  Excellent attention to detail
