Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Phone contact with policyholders and interested third parties.
  • Processing policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails
  • Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information.

Required

  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients and their families secure the protection they need through life insurance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively explaining complex insurance concepts and building rapport with clients
  • Ability to empathize with client's unique circumstances and demonstrate compassion and sensitivity in addressing their insurance needs
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of paperwork and documentation
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in using computers, internet-based applications, and digital communication tools for remote work
  • Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Regular and predictable attendance required
  • A home office/room or quiet and designated space to work in as a remote worker is required.
