What you’ll be doing:

  • Win revenue for the organization. Demonstrate expertise across paid social strategy and management including platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat & Reddit.  

  • Lead owned opportunities through discovery, proposal, negotiation, contract review, and onboarding. Support paid social audits and proposals. 

  • Understand the client/prospect’s underlying business challenges and needs early in Discovery and prioritize those needs in your solution design. Thread intelligent questions throughout the discussion ensuring a cohesive and appropriate story is being told. Connect with the audience through the presentation leveraging key business challenges and tying those points into the close when asking for the sale. 

  • Generate at least 10% of your pipeline through proactive efforts, whether outreach to lost prospects or clients, or cold outreach.

  • Adhere to our sales process and maintain Salesforce cleanliness, enabling informed decision-making that benefits the entire organization.

This role is right for you if: 

  • 4+ years of industry experience in account management and/or Sales. 

  • Experience managing paid social accounts across Brand & Performance Media. 

  • You embody a proactive, self-motivated approach to personal growth and strive for continuous improvement in skills, knowledge, and performance.

  • You are passionate about sales and excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your achievements contribute to our shared goals.

  • You possess a positive attitude and are committed to going the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service to prospects and colleagues alike.

  • 1+ year of Sales experience is preferred.
