PostJobMatches By WorkStaff USA is a premier staffing agency dedicated to matching top-tier professionals with facilities nationwide. We are currently seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist for candidates licensed in Massachusetts, specifically LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

This is an exciting opportunity with a high-earning potential of up to $90,000 per year. Our innovative pay-per-session model allows high performers to maximize their earnings through efficient service delivery. You will provide evidence-based treatment primarily through telehealth, conducting therapy sessions, assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Render evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.
Provide various mental health services to foster individualized recovery through telehealth.
Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.
Deliver mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
Complete and maintain documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Schedule

Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
Must work until 8 PM at least two days per week or complete four 4-hour shifts on weekends.
No on-call responsibilities.

Our Ideal Candidate

Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
Outpatient experience and evidence-based practice experience are also preferred.
Experience with individual, family, and group therapy for families, adolescents, and adults.
Assistance with scheduling is provided for clients.

Requirements

Master's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Secure remote workspace at home.
Active licensure in the state of Massachusetts (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
