Position Overview

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, your responsibilities will include:

• Cultivating and maintaining referral sources for both purchase and refinance mortgages.
• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable loan products.
• Staying updated on loan products and qualification criteria to provide accurate information.
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of loan applications and documentation.
• Using your professional judgment to identify and secure strong lending opportunities.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential mortgage sales.
• Proven success in securing residential mortgage loans.
• Current NMLS license.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Encompass is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong multitasking and follow-through abilities.
• Competitive, adaptable, and driven by a sense of urgency.
