Job Responsibilities

  • Build and Nurture Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as realtors, financial advisors, and bank branches.
  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Seek out partnership opportunities and foster business relationships through company events and direct consumer outreach.
  • Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements.
  • Analyze and Match Needs: Evaluate detailed financial and credit data to align consumer needs with suitable loan programs and risk levels.
  • Enhance Market Presence: Increase visibility and recognition in the marketplace to drive growth and success.

Requirements

  • NMLS License: A valid state license is required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of successful external mortgage origination experience with a focus on self-sourced business.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines and understanding of real estate transactions.
