This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our clients' dynamic team. This is a commission-only role offering unlimited earning potential with the opportunity to earn six figures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully closing deals, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products or services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Conduct effective negotiations to close deals and secure profitable contracts.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales pipelines to ensure efficient deal progression and timely closure.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a commission-only sales role .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have a reliable computer and internet
