Compugen is seeking a Project Administrator Coordinator for an initial 1 year contract working remotely. Candidates must currently reside within Canada and available to work CT.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates activities related to complex changes required to support business objectives, including reviewing RFS documents, requirements and conditions included in the RFP process, RFP scoring activities (to ensure integrity of scoring), and contract change order and amendment proposals.
  • Assists with resolution of service delivery and contract performance issues by working collaboratively with vendor management and external vendors using leading escalation management practices.
  • Conducts analysis and research required to support the Program Director in the evaluation of strategic agreements.
  • Maintains a register of contract issues, escalating to appropriate client and external vendor leadership following established issue management processes.
  • Partners with Project Managers to ensure successful vendor delivery of agreed-to project services.
  • Develops knowledge and understanding of contract details including terms and conditions, services, and the practical implications.
  • Conducts process improvement with specific focus on contract and service level agreement management, with a specific emphasis on consistency and automation.
  • Ensures reporting and appropriate project documentation is properly completed (i.e., reports, change requests, presentations, invoices, correspondence / communications, tables, charts, files, etc.).
  • Audit existing expenditure and ensure billed costs are aligned suitably to contracts, including validation of receipt of services and processing of invoices.  
  • Ongoing contract expense monitoring to assist variance reporting.  
  • Assists with contract milestone management within Azure DevOps (ADO) in support of invoicing.
  • Acquires and maintains a working knowledge of the project management and business requirements methodologies and tools and industry best practices.
  • Supports structure and content management of Nova Admin program repository.
  • Responsible for assisting Senior Project Managers in coordinating, planning, communicating and executing the delivery of core project components.
  • Responsible for project budgeting, progress reporting, and scheduling
  • Work alongside Project Managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with contract management, working with service providers, including service delivery, project delivery, and monitoring performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an environment that requires managing multiple, on-going activities within tight deadlines and be flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities.  
  • Strong investigative, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Works with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced communication skills (verbally and written) with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with all leaders, peers and vendors.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook. VISIO and AzureDevOps experience is an asset.
  • Undergraduate Degree or Certificate
  • Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects.
  • Possess excellent MS Project skills
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in this role – Preferably with a recognized professional certification.
