Key responsabilities:
- Engage and animate the Allegro community on social media
- Ensure consistent communication between community members and Allegro
- Moderate posts and analyze community feedback and metrics
- Co-create the brand image and collaboratively propose innovations
- Work with other departments to enhance customer experience
