Role Overview:

As a Norwegian Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Norwegian-speaking customers. This role involves working remotely from Malta during night shifts and weekends, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective assistance no matter the time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer support in Norwegian via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to solve customer problems.
  • Stay updated with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Location: Must reside in Malta and possess a valid work permit.
  • Availability: Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
