Your missions

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Technical Lead for our Security team to guide the development and implementation of security protocols and technologies across our organization. This role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect our digital assets and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of security engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members on professional development.

·       Security Architecture:

    • Design and implement robust security architectures and frameworks to protect systems and data.
    • Evaluate and recommend security tools, technologies, and best practices.

·       Threat Assessment:

    • Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
    • Analyze security incidents and breaches to develop effective response strategies.

·       Policy Development:

    • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Stay updated on emerging security trends, threats, and technologies, and recommend proactive measures.

·       Collaboration:

    • Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to integrate security best practices into all phases of software development and deployment.
    • Serve as a point of contact for security-related inquiries and training.
Qualifications:

·       Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

·       Experience:

    • Proficiency in security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).

·       Skills:

    • Strong understanding of network security, application security, and cloud security.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Security Clearance: NV2 clearance is required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.).
  • Experience with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and threat modeling.
