Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead our Agile teams in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, project management, and MDM processes, ensuring successful delivery of programs that enhance data quality and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end program delivery for MDM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  
• Lead Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  
• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and data governance stakeholders.
  
• Drive the adoption of best practices in data management, governance, and quality assurance.
  
• Support change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and user adoption of MDM solutions.
  
• Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
