Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
