In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert for operational support of Oracle R12 Applications. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving system and data issues, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. What You'll Do

• Be a Key Player: Support the application development lifecycle by interpreting, reviewing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements and create modifications for RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows).
• Translate Requirements: Turn functional client needs into detailed functional specification documents.
• Test & Validate: Develop test scripts and conduct thorough testing to ensure that all changes meet customer requirements and do not negatively impact the system.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards for Data Quality Assurance, Data Integrity, and compliance with Global Data Privacy regulations.
• Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve escalated issues with Supply Chain applications, manage support tickets, and oversee change control projects.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Run queries, analyze data, and support Supply Chain Planning applications.
• Drive Improvement: Champion business process reengineering through best practices in Oracle ERP systems.
• Configure Systems: Perform Oracle configurations/setups for R12 EBS and functional modules.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle R12 and 3 years in a business analysis role.
• Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, and experience with Oracle EBS RICEW.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• Self-Starter: Ability to independently organize and manage your workload, balancing operational and project priorities.
  
  

Additional Skills (Nice To Have)

• Experience with Oracle R12 Bill of Material.
• Knowledge of Rapid Planning and Oracle Demantra.
  
  

Work Environment

You will spend a significant amount of time at a desk and working on a computer. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks such as opening file cabinets and reaching with arms.
