What You'll Do

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team ranging from entry-level to experts.
  • Drive Innovation: Provide cutting-edge technical and economic consulting services to energy asset developers, utilities, and system operators.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients, promoting our consulting services.
  • Manage Projects: Oversee client engagements from proposal to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other business units to enhance customer engagement and project success.
  • Communicate Effectively: Utilize strong presentation and writing skills to convey complex ideas and solutions clearly.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with hands-on experience in power systems analysis.
  • Professional Experience: At least 8 years in power systems consulting, especially in transmission or distribution principles. Experience with tools like PSS/E, PSCAD/EMTDC, PowerGEM TARA, or Aspen OneLiner is highly valued.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and developing a team, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
  • Preferred Qualifications: An advanced degree in Electrical Engineering with expertise in NYISO, ISO-NE, PJM, or SPP.
