  • Negotiate settlements and agreements that achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A law degree (JD) and be admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in general casualty litigation.
  • A strong background in transportation and logistics, trucking, and related regulations (a plus!).
  • Experience with emerging legal issues in e-commerce and the gig economy (a plus!).
  • Proven skills in depositions, motion practice, and legal research.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A sharp mind for analysis and a dedication to client service.
