Your missions

Description

Join a specialized boutique law firm renowned for its expertise in family law and insurance defense. As a Family Law Associate Attorney, you will manage all aspects of family law cases, which includes:

  • Preparing motions, petitions, agreements, asset divisions, and child custody agreements
  • Representing clients in court hearings and trials
  • Negotiating with clients and opposing counsel
  • Staying informed on federal and state laws pertaining to marriage, divorce, child custody, and asset division
  • Operating efficiently in a fully paperless environment with electronic files
  • Effectively utilizing document management and billing software

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of family law experience as an attorney
  • Juris Doctorate and an active license to practice in Arizona
  • Preferably completed courses in basic accounting, finance, or law school specialization in child custody, property rights, and related areas
  • Strong analytical and counseling skills
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • Experience with document management and billing software is a plus
