This full-time position offers a chance to engage in high-volume accounting tasks, manage multiple financial reports, and perform bank reconciliations while working with property accounting for apartments, community housing, and mobile homes.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume accounting tasks and generate multiple financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations with accuracy.
• Handle property accounting responsibilities for apartments, community housing, and mobile homes.
• Apply knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP concepts.
• Utilize advanced skills in MS Office and accounting software/databases.
  
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with high-volume accounting and financial reports.
• Experience in property accounting for various types of properties.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and GAAP concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Ability to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas).
• Willingness to undergo standard pre-hire checks, including background, drug screen, and references.
