Description

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in a leadership role focusing on delivering outstanding program outcomes within the federal sector. This position involves overseeing program execution, developing long-term client relationships, and ensuring the success of both clinical and non-clinical teams in support of high-profile federal contracts.

You will guide the delivery of services, maintain high standards of program quality, and lead financial and operational reporting efforts. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be vital in enhancing program effectiveness and driving efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned federal contracts.
  • Lead all aspects of program execution, ensuring key deliverables are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Oversee program activities, ensuring objectives align with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with internal staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Handle contract budgets and manage resources efficiently.
  • Provide strategic guidance to achieve both program growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clinical management and other business units to ensure top-quality services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals and needs are met.
  • Ensure open communication between clients and the internal project team through regular updates and meetings.
  • Foster a team environment that embraces change and innovation while maintaining flexibility in response to evolving program needs.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance program outcomes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or relevant project management coursework is a plus.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in account or project management within large-scale healthcare programs.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing federal contracts.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with 10 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare program operations, with federal contracting expertise.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements.
