Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Front End Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is fully remote and open to non-local candidates. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining user-facing web portals for both consumer and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the technical design and development of cutting-edge web solutions
Ensure the technical feasibility of functional and technical requirements
Implement and maintain robust architecture, ensuring security, code quality, reusability, and maintainability
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric products
Participate in code reviews
Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our development processes and practices
Foster a culture of learning and growth within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience as a Front-End developer
Proficiency with React and popular React libraries and frameworks (e.g., Redux, React Router) and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Extensive experience with TypeScript
Proficiency with HTML5 and CSS3, CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS)
Proficiency with Git (Git workflows, branching, merging, and pull requests, etc.)
Experience with front end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
Experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of API authentication and authorization methods
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience in developing e-commerce web solutions
Knowledge of the Astro framework
Upon offer, candidates must complete a background check. The interview process will include a 30-minute phone interview followed by a 90-minute Hackerrank session.
