Your missions

Our client is currently hiring for Fully Remote Accounts payable roles!

Qualifications

  • Must have a quiet space for remote work
  • 1+ years of Accounts Payable or relevant experience (AP, AR, Office Manager, etc)
  • Strong attention to detail and timeliness
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel

Description

  • Processing reimbursements for parents – research required for processing that is in depth due to the multitude of items that qualify
  • Resolve discrepancies with reimbursements
  • Utilize EMA for processing
  • Graded frequently on number of reimbursements they are able to process
  • Start out with roughly 30/day and will work their way up to 100/day
  • Process reimbursements
  • Assist with AP automation process
  • Research and code invoices to appropriate grant
  • Resolve reimbursement discrepancies
