Your role will also involve selecting and managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers to support our global reach, developing accurate distribution forecasts, optimizing processes, and collaborating with colleagues across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the movement of products throughout the supply chain.
• Select and manage 3PL partners for effective pharmaceutical launches.
• Develop and maintain accurate distribution forecasts for timely deliveries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams from clinical operations to regulatory affairs.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in science or business (Master’s degree is a plus).
• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, with 3 years in leadership roles within pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Proven experience in managing 3PL partners.
• Strong understanding of complex international regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
