Your missions

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to guide our creative team. This position can be based in San Francisco, CA, or can be remote within the United States. You will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our products and ensuring a cohesive and compelling user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement design strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our brand identity.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of designers while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Creative Vision: Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency across all platforms.
  • User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles and conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional design solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve our design practices.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure that our brand guidelines are consistently applied across all touchpoints, maintaining a strong and cohesive brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: At least 8 years of experience in design, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, focusing on digital products and user experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • User Research: Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
