Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager to join our Consulting and Analytics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales and delivery teams, ensuring streamlined processes, tools, and resources are in place to enhance efficiency and consistency across all territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management:
• Develop and manage scaled solutions in collaboration with consulting and solutions teams to drive business for our Community, Processor, and GSP teams.
• Oversee a variety of needs within this diverse segment, such as resell strategies and subscription offerings.
• Set-Play Management:
• Create and maintain set-plays to drive efficiency for Community engagement teams.
• Manage the pre-approved pricing process, including identifying resource needs and coordinating reviews and approvals.
• Coordination and Program Management:
• Develop project materials, including basic project plans and delivery templates, to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Support Visa's strategic initiatives by managing strategy, planning, ideation, prioritization, and project implementation.
• Provide oversight of initiatives, including day-to-day program management, reporting, and decision facilitation.
• Sales Library Ownership:
• Maintain and develop a library of materials for the sales team, including presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and case studies.
• Identify and create new content in collaboration with client leads and practices.
• Delivery Hub Coordination:
• Oversee and document coordination efforts between the Sales and Delivery teams.
• Ensure accurate sales pipeline records and provide status updates to both teams.
• Community Outreach and Event Coordination:
• Support various Community outreach events, such as sales conventions, client roundtables, and more.
• Develop materials for client speaking opportunities and manage event logistics.
  

Qualifications

• Basic Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Preferred Experience:
• 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience in a large management consulting firm or financial institution.
• Strong analytical background with a focus on impacting ROI.
• Knowledge of banking operations and payment schemes, including products, services, and marketing initiatives.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is \(132,900 to \)192,750 per year, with potential sales incentives. Salary may vary based on experience and location. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and equity.
