Your Role

• Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to identify students’ needs and guide them towards success.
• Design and implement customized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique learning journey.
• Deliver engaging and impactful instruction and support through our state-of-the-art online platform.
• Work closely with parents, teachers, and specialists to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress, services provided, and all communications.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Special Educator.
• Comfortable with virtual instruction and assessment tools.
• Strong skills in building connections and rapport in a virtual setting.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality education and support to students with diverse needs.
