Job Title: Senior Tax Analyst
Job Description
The Senior Tax Analyst, Indirect Tax will work with the Senior Tax Manager as well as the Group Tax Director to assist in the preparation of the Indirect Tax compliance process which includes Sales & Use Taxes, Abandoned Unclaimed Property Taxes, Canadian VAT, Personal Property Taxes, and various other tax types for TAH and its subsidiaries. You will manage tax audits conducted by multiple taxing jurisdictions and keep current on the tax laws of the medical device industry for multiple taxing jurisdictions to maintain the product taxability matrix, products purchased taxability matrix, and customers’ exemption/resale certificates. You will assist in maintaining corporate-wide policies and procedures to ensure that TAH and its subsidiaries remain in compliance with multiple taxing jurisdictions for various tax types.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and background experiences
- Tax Professional with minimum 6 years sales and use tax experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA ERP System is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with OneSource Global Tax Software is preferred
- Familiarity with a tax research software, such as BNA and CCH preferred
