Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Manage customer accounts and assist with application data entry.
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as needed.
  • Follow established procedures and policies to resolve issues.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
  • Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility.
  • Balance multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing with a focus on passing required exams.
  • Adhere to communication guidelines across all channels.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s.
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period.
  • Full attendance commitment during the 3-week training period.
  • Ability to pass a background check and health screening.
  • Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required (mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible).
  • Ethernet connection must be a wired connection, not Wi-Fi.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $14.50 per hour.
  • Enhanced Rate: Up to $16.00 per hour based on attendance and performance.
  • Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour.
  • Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: Up to $17.00 per hour based on attendance and performance.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Previous experience in customer or technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act.
  • Experience in a call center.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
