In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our Managed Service technological evolution. Your core responsibilities encompass bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that our services meet stringent requirements, establishing efficient processes and frameworks for delivering top-notch solutions and planning and executing solution development frameworks. Your guidance will be instrumental in positioning our organization for success in a fast-paced and dynamic managed services environment.
What you will do:
- Assist in documenting service delivery requirements (process and business).
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, ensuring cohesive communication and collaboration across all aspects of the project.
- Lead solution development framework planning and management activities with a focus on proactive problem-solving and innovation.
- Plan and support the testing and quality assurance process to maintain high delivery standards.
- Work with architects and engineers to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Work with other internal and external teams as the conduit for the Solutions Development team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and integrate employee and customer feedback into the continuous service improvement (CSI) processes.
- Develop, deliver, and support training plans, materials and resources for team members aligned to business needs and project objectives.
- Foster a dynamic and collaborative team environment where all stakeholders are engaged and motivated to achieve project objectives.
- Work with existing Operations and Delivery teams to create and maintain current knowledge articles and process documentation as an output of solution development, NSI and CSI.
- Lead strategic planning, executing, and developing operational policies for managed services that align with industry standards.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in complex environments.
- 3+ years’ experience delivering large and complex projects - where you own the business or technical vision, collaborate with large cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables, and unblock teams to land business impact.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Experience with diverse project management methodologies, adapting them to suit various projects.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and service development concepts.
- Strong understanding of services and solutions delivery models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business analysis, planning abilities, and strategic vision.
- Ability to understand and address customer and business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and driving consensus.
- ITILv4 and Agile certifications are not required, but valuable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to navigate complex project landscapes.
- Self-interest in maintaining updated knowledge with technology (industry) best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to be a 'go-to' person within the organization, recognized for your ability to bring people together and lead them toward common goals.
- Fundamental cloud certifications are not required, but valuable.
