Paradise Garden Creation We need someone who can help us access funding to make our planned Paradise Garden a reality. Someone who has experience in accessing grant funding for creative school projects.

Your input will quite literally turn a dream into reality by bringing the funds in that we ned to realise the Childrens' Paradise Garden design

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has had experience writing and presenting bids. We need someone who can look at our project and know who might be suitable to approach for funding and then tailor our bids to match each opportunity. We need someone who can plan for sustainability within a bid and is skilled at understanding where multiple grants can be sought and how to create match funding opportunities. Someone who understands what the rules and regulations are around spending grants in schools would also be useful.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking someone who can pinpoint what charities and organisations would be suitable to approach and then assist us in creating the bids for the funding. We are a Primary school and although I am leading on this project, my expertise lies in teaching and learning, not accessing funds for projects. Our project is costed at roughly £180,000 so we have a lot of money to raise! You will work with the deputy headteacher, the landscape architect and 25 enthusiastic children who have created the design. There is flexibility in where and how we would work together. We could operate remotely or have you spend time with us on our campus
