Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their questions.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate service.
Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system.
Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and practices.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Requirements

Fluent in Danish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
